You will have the ability to upload up to 12 property photos. Each photo must be NO LARGER than 1 megabyte each. There are many free/shareware tools online to help you resize your photos. Do you homework! Be sure to research the comparables in the area of ACTIVE and SOLD listings. You will need at least 3 ACTIVE and 3 SOLD listings to include in your package to assist determining the ARV (After Repaired Value).

Once you fill in all the required information, you're ready to submit your package.

• MS Outlook® Users: If you use Microsoft® Outlook as your email client, you will be able to directly submit your package by clicking on Step 2 on the last page of the Wholesale Submission Package.
• Other Users: If you use any other email client (ie. Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, GMX, Juno, etc.), you will need to email your package as an email attachment to:
