Paul is responsible for providing acquisition support services to our program by developing procurement related documentation for submission and processing. He has exceptional skills in preparing all required supporting documentation needed to facilitate the acquisition of properties. Paul's research skills are extremely valuable in analyzing the purchase price along with the renovation costs. But most importantly, Paul can identify the best exit strategies for selling properties quickly. Paul is a licensed Title Producer as well as a Mortgage Broker.

Tibor has been in the construction business since 1975, specializing in institutional, industrial, residential and commercial areas. He has been involved in all facets of estimating, ordering material, public bidding, negotiations, submittals, specs, scheduling, resource management, site inspections, general business management and sales promotions. Tibor has a strong emphasis in coordinating all tradesmen, obtaining all permits that are needed and working towards a final completion. His expertise and keen eye for detail makes him a valued team member getting projects done quickly.

Sal Gallucci, the company's senior, now retired, advisor holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and has over 50 years of extensive experience in the construction field. Mr. Gallucci owned and operated a NYC Based Heavy Construction Company successfully completing more than 50 major projects in New York and New Jersey. This type of construction exposure brings Peak Properties, LLC invaluable hands on experience in road, utility and site development, building construction and superior negotiating and money management skills.

Mr. Frieland of Levitan & Frieland, P.C. has extensive experience in real estate law. Mr. Frieland provides counsel to a diverse client base that ranges from business associations to privately held companies and individuals, along with being one of the more prominent real estate attorneys in NJ.
